RAB has arrested Mohammad Nuruddin, the driver of the bus involved in a deadly crash on the Dhaka-Mawa Expressway that killed six people, including four from the same family.
The incident occurred on Friday (Dec 27) morning when the bus rammed into three parked vehicles at a toll plaza in South Keraniganj.
The suspect, Mohammad Nuruddin, was apprehended late on Friday night by a RAB squad from the Siddhirganj area of Narayanganj district.
A brief statement issued by RAB confirmed the arrest and the driver's involvement in the fatal accident.
The collision resulted in the deaths of six people, with the family of four being among the victims.
Authorities are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
