DHAKA: Awami League and Jatiya Party are set o deliver their election-speech on Bangladesh Television (BTV), the state owned television channel, on Thursday evening ahead of the 10th national elections.
Besides, four-parties-----Bangladesh Nationalist Front (BNF), Bangladesh Workers Party, Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) and Jatiya (JP-Manju) delivered their election-speeches on BTV Wednesday.
As per a letter to Election Commission signed by M.Hamid, Director of Bangladesh Television, Awami League president Sheikh Hasina, also the Prime Minister, is set to deliver her 40-minute speech on Thursday evening but who is set to address nation from on behalf of Jatiya Party not confirmed.
As per the principles, Information Ministry has given 40 minutes to Awami League, 20 minutes to Jatiya Party, and 15 minutes each to Jatiya Party (JP), JASAD, Bangladesh Workers Party and Bangladesh Nationalist Front (BNF).
