AL leader burnt to death in Jessore

JESSORE: An Awami League leader was burnt to death by miscreants at Prembagh union in Abhaynagar upazila of the district on Sunday night.

The deceased was identified as Chaitanya Kumar Mandol, a union leader of ruling Awami League.

The incident took place around 9:00pm at victim’s shop at local bazar.

Assistant Police Super of the district Reshma Sharmin confirmed the matter to banglanews.
