Shawkat Chy made oppn whip

DHAKA: Lawmaker Shawkat Choudhwry of Nilphamary-4 constituency was elected as opposition whip of the 10th national parliament.

Opposition Chief Whip M Tajul Islam Chowdhury confirmed the matter to banglanews on Wednesday morning.

Earlier on Tuesday, Jatiya Party presidium member Tazul Islam Chowdhury was elected as opposition Chief Whip.
