Hannan Shah terms govt ‘artificial’

GAZIPUR: BNP standing committee member Brigadier General (retd) ASM Hannan Shah termed the Awami League-led incumbent government as artificial and autocrat.

The BNP leader made the comment while talking with journalists, just after he got release on bail from Kashimpur jail around 11.30am.

Criticizing 10th national polls and formation of the government he said: “It was nothing but a fun drama staged in January 5 by locking up opposition leaders and activists in a bid to build the autocratic government.”

“BNP’s decision on boycotting one-sided polls was correct and it was accepted by people,” he said.

Hannan Shah also expressed that 19-party alliance will oust the dictatorial government through tougher movements.
