CHITTAGONG: Police in night-long drives held 24 BNP-Jamaat men from Sitakunda, Satkania and Lohagara upazilas of the district on Thursday night.     

Satkania Thana Sub-Inspector Mostafiz told banglanews, “Apprehending subversive act, Police held 11 BNP-Jamaat men from the upazila.”     
 
Sitakunda Thana Operator Mamun said that nine people were held from various spots of the upazila.  

Lohagara Thana Officer-in-Charge Shahjahan told police detained four people for their involvement in various criminal activities.
