DHAKA: Awami League Joint General Secretary Mahbubul Alam Hanif categorically said that BNP is going to stage drama in the name of giving award to foreigners for their contribution in 1971 Independence War.

He came up with the observation while addressing a mammoth rally at Suhrawardy Udyan organized by Awami League on Friday afternoon on the occasion of historic March 7.          

Aiming BNP leaders, Mahbubul Alam said, “They are patronizing militancy and war criminals.”

He urged the BNP to stop its drama in the name of giving reception to foreigners.      

He also said that on March 20, Bangladesh will give reception to its some foreign friends for their contribution during Independence War.
