DHAKA: BNP Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi on Saturday alleged that reshuffle in police administration is purposive.

The spokesperson for the party came up with the allegation while addressing a press conference at BNP central office in city’s Nayapaltan in the afternoon.

Indicating the government and election commission, he said, “We know very well that why they have made reshuffle in police administration.”

Rizvi also said, “We have sought assistance form the deputy commissioners in this regard but most of the deputy commissioners worked as cohort of the government.”

BNP International Affairs Secretary Nazimuddin Alam and Assistant Office Secretary Abdul Latif were among others at the press meet.
