TANGAIL: Police detained district Jubo Dal general secretary from Beparipara under Sadar Upazila of the district on Monday night.

The detainee is- Ashraf Paheli, general secretary of district unit Jubo Dal.

Confirming the matter, Officer-In-Charge of Tangail Thana Nazrul Islam told banglanews, “Ashraf was wanted in a case.”

Meanwhile, leaders and activists of district Jubo Dal unit brought out a processioncion instantly protesting the detention.
