DHAKA: International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-1 issued an arrest warrant against Syed Hasan Ali alias Hasen in a case of crimes against humanity during war 1971.

Following an appeal of prosecution, 3-member tribunal led by Justice M Enayetur Rahim passed the order Thursday.

Earlier on Tuesday, prosecutor Abul Kalam Azad appealed to ICT saying that Hasan Ali should be arrested for the sake of investigation otherwise the accused may flee.
