DHAKA: Country’s largest information technology fair ‘Digital World Fair-2014’ is scheduled to be held at Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC) in the city on June 4-7.

The disclosure came from a press conference at a city hotel on Saturday.

Soft Expo, E-Governance Exhibition, Mobile Innovation Expo and 30 seminars on information technology will be held in ten technical sessions in the fair.

The fair will be jointly organized by Ministry of Information and Communication Technology and Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS).

State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Junaid Ahmed Palak, Additional Secretary of the ministry Kamal Uddin Ahmed, BASIS president Shamim Ahsan and Bangladesh Computer Council Executive Director SM Ahsraf Hossain were among others present at the press conference.
