DHAKA: Additional secretary Golam Fakhruddin Ahmed Chowdhury has been appointed as managing director (MD) of Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL).
Public administration department issued an order in this regard on Tuesday.
Fakhruddin was working as controller of electronic certificate giving authority under Information and Communication Technology (ICT) department.
