DHAKA: IT companies from Netherlands have expressed their keenness to partner with Bangladeshi IT companies in Bangladesh.
This was revealed in a seminar organized by the Dutch public agency CBI (Centre for the promotion of imports from developing countries), ITC, in association with Dutch IT consulting firms GPI Consultancy, Firstlife.net and iconnect-tech in Amsterdam in the Netherlands on March 22.

Bangladesh Ambassador to the Netherlands Sheikh Mohammed Belal joined the seminar to highlight the government’s ‘Digital Bangladesh’ vision.
He requested Dutch IT companies to make inroads in Bangladesh taking advantage of the geo-strategic location, demographic dividend and IT enabling infrastructure and facilities prevailing in Bangladesh.
The ambassador highlighted the on going digital revolution through a power point presentation and urged all to take advantage of the enabling environment in Bangladesh.
He also drew attention to the geo-strategic location of Bangladesh in between China and India.
Besides, four Bangladeshi companies -- Datasoft Systems Bangladesh Limited., Brain Station-23, Nascenia Limited and IMpulse (BD) Ltd. -- participated at the seminar here.
The top executives of the companies focused on their strength and outsourcing opportunities in Bangladesh while the prospective.
Dutch companies expressed their keenness on partnering with their Bangladeshi partners with the motto of growing together.
