Workshop on prevention of cyber crime 28 journalists at the workshop

Cyber Crime Awareness Foundation has trained journalists to create awareness about the prevention of cyber crime. 

The day-long workshop was organized at the auditorium of Press Institute Bangladesh in the capital on Friday (October 12).

A total of 28 journalists working different in national dailies, TV channels and online news portals participated in the workshop.

The non-government development organization ‘Manuser Jonyo Foundation (foundation for the people)’ organized the workshop under the project of Sampriti.

This project is being implemented to protect young generation from violent extremism.

Cyber security researcher and trainer Mehedi Hasan held a discussion on the awareness about protection from cyber-crime.

Ishrat Parvin, deputy program manager of Manuser Jonyo Foundation, and CCA Foundation President Kazi Mustafiz and General Secretary Abdullah Hassan, spoke about the prevention of violent extremism.
