DHAKA: A.K. Khan Telecom Limited (AKTL), a concern of A.K. Khan & Co. Ltd. (AKK) operating in Telecom distribution and supply chain operations business since 1997, organized a ‘Product Briefing of Mitel’ session at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel on February 14 to launch new IP PBX solution (namely MiVoice A400) in Bangladesh.
Presently, AKTL is providing Enterprise solution being an Authorized Partner of Mitel (Former Ericsson/ Aastra) Telecom in Bangladesh; offering IP PBX, Audio and Video Conferencing, Call Center Solution etc.
A good number of High Profile Executive from different organizations was present as distinguished guests. They are also participating in CanCham Showcase 2015 (Booth#02) at the same venue; which starts on the same day and will end up on next day.
Abul Kasem Khan, Managing Director, AKTL welcomed distinguished guests & audience for attending the session and discussed about the collaboration with Mitel. While Anurag Kumar, Head, India & Bangladesh- Mitel also present & described activities & footstep of Mitel as special guest.
Masud Rahman- President, Canada Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CanCham) was present as Chief Guest and discussed about advantage & applications of Technology in real life.
Later on, the team (Mitel & AKTL high officials) described some feature, applications of IP PBX, Video Conference & Call Center solution; how Information Technology has largely involves in Business World and enhances their efficiency in an effective manner. Where distance is no longer a barrier but became an added feature using technologies; enterprises are communicating through voice, video & applications. By using these solution enterprises are maximizing their revenues by minimizing the costs also adding values to their business.
Finally, Sohel Mehmud- Head of Operation, AKTL ended the session by giving Thanks to all guest and audiences. Kashinath Mukhopadhyay- Senior Manager, Sales & Business Development of Mitel Telecom & Mr. Tarun Das- Chief Technical Officer, Mr. Ahsan Mahmud- Manager, Business Development of AKTL were also present and participate at the question & answer session.
