DHAKA: The Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) will hold its board meeting on Thursday (February 19) in the city.
The apex business organization of the country, however, will form an election committee at the meeting, said a press release on Monday.
The existing committee will run the organization till May 31 though their tenure was expired in November last year.
However, Nitol Niloy Group Chairman Matlub Ahmed, former FBCCI president Annisul Huq and FBCCI first vice-president Manwara Hakim Ali will likely compete for the post of FBCCI president in the upcoming election.
