DHAKA: Country's both bourses--Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) --- marked fall in it’s price indices on Thursday.
DSEX, the broad index of DSE, shed over 14 points only to stand at 4,788 at the close on the last trading day of the week.
Trade deals stood at 71894 with volume of transactions at Tk 2668 million.
Of the issues traded, 109 advanced, 153 declined and 45 remained unchanged.
GP topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 118 million having changed hands.
The other turnover leaders were UCBL, LAFSURCEML, SPCL, SQURPHARMA, IDLC, AAMRATECH, CVOPRL, AGNISYSL and IFADAUTOS.
Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing down to 8898 by dropping over 31 points.
Out of the issues traded, 72 gained, 128 declined and 36 remained unchanged.
