AKHAURA (BRAHMANBARIA): The export and import activities with India have resumed at Akhaura Land Port on Tuesday.

Port activities started this morning after a six-day vacation on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.

Akhaura Land Port customs official Sirajul Islam confirmed the matter to banglanews.

The port activities began with the export of fish to India while the export of stones will begin on Wednesday morning.

However, as many as 50 items, including construction materials, are exported to India through this port.
