DSE, CSE see early fall

DHAKA: Share price indices at the country’s both bourses -- Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) – witnessed fall in early hours of trading on Sunday.
   
DSEX, the prime index of the DSE, went down 12.22 points or 0.27 per cent to 4489.94 after the first one and half hour of trade at 11:55am.

Trade deals stood at 29797 with volume of transactions at Tk 1054.54 million.

Of the issues traded till then, 85 advanced, 152 declined and 42 remained unchanged.

IFADAUTOS was the most traded stocks with shares worth Tk 115.13 million changing hands till then followed by KDSALTD, SAIFPOWER, BSRMLTD, BSRMSTEEL    and QSMDRYCELL.

The port city bourse – Chittagong Stocks Exchange (CSE) – also witnessed downward trend in early hour with its Selective Category Index losing 34.44 points to 8333.42, also at 11:52am.

Of the issues traded till then, 50 gained, 97 declined and 19 remained unchanged.
