Bangladesh sees 13 deaths, 2150 Covid cases in 24-hr

Bangladesh on Saturday (Feb 19) reported 13 deaths from Covid-19 in the last 24 hours raising the number of total deaths to 28,944. 

Besides, 2,150 people have tested positive for coronavirus in the last 24 hours, raising the total number of coronavirus cases in the country to 1,931,304.

As many as 7,478 patients were discharged from hospitals after recovery across the country raising the total number to 17,45,332.

The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) disclosed the update of the country’s coronavirus situation issuing a press release this afternoon.

Bangladesh reported its first Coronavirus case on March 8 in 2020 while first death on March 18 in that year.
