DHAKA: BNP Standing Committee Member Mirza Abbas on Sunday alleged that the fascist ruling Awami League exceeded the government of Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini in terms of killing, force disappearance and torture.

“Awami League exceeded Hitler-Mussolini government in terms of killing, force disappearance and torture. This fascist government has to be ousted by movement,” he said.        

The BNP leader made the allegation while addressing a protest rally at the National Press Club in the noon.

Terming the incumbent government is an occupier; he said Awami League is giving country’s interests to foreigners. “If BNP is voted to power, people’s right will be given back,” he said.    

Mirza Abbas also urged the party-men to watch government’s wrongdoings and raise voice against those.     

Dhaka City Chhatra Dal (South) organized the rally demanding immediate release of its all centre leaders and withdraw the fake cases filed against BNP senior vice-chairman Tarique Rahman.
