DHAKA: Chairman of parliamentary committee on Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Ministry, Suranjit Sengupta said democracy is the code of life.    

“Democracy is the code of life. Without democracy, our life is incomplete. Everywhere including family, guardian, society, school, college, university and workplace democracy is being practiced,” he said.     

The Awami League lawmaker was addressing in the concluding day of the two-day long ‘Bangladesh Children Session’ at Jatiya Sangshad Club on Thursday.

Suranjit said today’s children will lead the country in future. So, they have to be treated in a very well manner.
