CHITTAGONG: A case was filed against 21 Jamaat men, including port city Jamaat Ameer ANM Shamsul Islam and Secretary Nazrul Islam, under Anti-terrorism Act.          

Kotwali Thana sub-inspector Imam Hossian filed the case on Monday late night.    

Police also decided to seek remand of them showing arrested before the court.      

Confirming the matter Kotwali zone police assistant commissioner Shah M Abdur Rouf said that a case was filed in anti terrorism act as explosive materials seized from the spot.    

Allude to the law enforcement agency arrested 21 Jamaat men, including port city Jamaat Ameer and former lawmaker ANM Shamsul Islam from a meeting at Dewanbazar Jamaat office in the city on Monday afternoon .
