Swechhasebak League man killed in Jessore

JESSORE: Miscreants shot dead a Swechhasebak League leader of the Sadar town on Saturday afternoon.

The deceased was identified as Abdul Mannan, 45, president of the town.

Assistant Superintendent of Police of Jessore Reshma Sharmin confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Miscreants shot him, leaving injured critically in Ranar Office intersection area of Bezpara of the town, she added.

Abdul Mannan succumbed to his injuries on way to hospital, she added.
