DHAKA: BNP joint secretary Ruhul Kabir Rizvi on Friday said law enforcement agencies has besieged the BNP’s central office confined in order to keep the party confine in a cage.

Rezvi, in a press conference at BNP’s Nayapaltan office in the morning, claimed his party ‘the biggest political party’ of the country.

Meanwhile, security in outside of the office has been tightened since morning. Additional police forces in uniform and plaincloth remained deployed there.

Members of Rapid Action Battalion are patrolling the area. Amour personnel carrier, water canon, and prison vans are seen standing there.
