Govt about to fall, says Rizvi

DHAKA: BNP Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi categorically said that ruling party is shouting as they are about to topple down. 

He came up with the assertion Friday while addressing a discussion on occasion of the 38th death anniversary of national poet Kazi Nazrul Islam at National Press Club in city. 

Ruhul Kabir Rizvi said that the government is filing cases against opposition men for the sake of holding power for long time. 

Indicating Prime Minister, he also said, “The Prime Minister demanded herself as daughter of father of nation, but she is filing cases against opposition men to permanent the power.”

With president of JSS (Dhaka Metropolitan South) Jahangir Alam Sikder in the chair, BNP Information and Research Affairs Secretary Habibur Rahman Habib, JSS president Abdul Malek among others delivered speeches in the programme.
