DHAKA: Saudi Ambassador to Bangladesh Abdullah bin Nasser Al Basiri will meet BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia on Saturday.

BNP chairperson’s media wing official Shairul Kabir Khan confirmed the matter to banglanews.

He said that the envoy would pay a courtesy visit to Khaleda Zia at her political office in city’s Gulshan area at 8:30pm.

BNP vice-chairman Shamsher Mobin Chowdhury and BNP chief’s advisors Riaz Rahman and Sabihuddin Ahmed are expected to be present at the meeting.

It will be the first visit of the Saudi envoy after the January 5 national elections.
