Sri Lanka chasing 241-run target

DHAKA: Visiting Sri Lanka is chasing Bangladesh-set 241-run target in the third and final One Day International (ODI) against visiting Sri Lanka at Mirpur Shere Bangla National Stadium Saturday.

Earlier, Bangladesh scored 240 runs losing eight wickets in stipulated over. Mominul Haque, Nasir Hossain, Naeem Islam and Mushfiqur Rahim scored 60, 38, 32 and 30 runs respectively.

While KTGD Prasad bagged three wickets and RAS Lakmal got two wickets.

Earlier in the day, winning Toss, Sri Lanka chose to field first.

On February 20, visiting Sri Lanka has defeated Bangladesh by 61 runs in the second One Day International (ODI) in Mirpur of the city.

Chasing 290-run target, Tigers managed to score 228 runs losing all wickets in 43.0 over.

Earlier on February 17, Sri Lanka won the first ODI by 13 runs.
