Did Bangladesh’s cricket fans deserve a shameful defeat to Hong Kong in the ongoing T-20 World Cup?
Is not it a nightmare for the millions of fans?
The nightmare came in less than one month time Bangladesh was caught by Afghanistan, another associate member of the ICC, in Asia Cup.
Although Bangladesh qualified for the Super-10 of the World Cup, there are so many questions in the air. Few of those questions to us who follow Bangladesh’s cricket from other part of the world:
Was not it a poor attitude of the team?
Was not it a complacency?
Was not it a wrong team selection?
Or was not it a combination of all?
Why Bangladesh did not have Ziaur Rahman, an specialist of limited over cricket, not in the team?
Tamim may have a great record, but on the recent form should not Shubho or Mominul deserve more opportunity?
Did not Razzak pass his prime past and then why this costly inclusion?
On what criteria Farhad Reza is in the team?
Why not Shabbir Rahman asked earlier to bowl?
Should not have Mushfique gone for an all out attack after 13.2 overs as it had nothing to lose at that stage?
Does not Mushfique appear to be a stereotyped captain?
Is not it a big question that why Mushfique did not adjust his strategy according to game condition?
