DHAKA: Newly appointed head coach of the Bangladesh national cricket team Upul Chandika Hathurusinghe arrived Dhaka on Monday night.
According to the agreement with Bangladesh Cricket Board he was scheduled to join on 1st July to coach the tigers.
Bowling coach and coach trainer also arrived here earlier.
Hathurusinghe will get 3 or 4 days to prepare the players as Bangladesh will play three one-day matches on 15, 17 and 19 June.
Former Sri Lankan batsman, also recent assistant coach of New South Wales, Hathurusinghe, has signed deal for next two years.
