DHAKA: Pakistan batsmen managed to score 213-run losing all wickets in 49.5-over against Australia in the 3rd Quarter-Final of ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 at Adelaide Oval Friday.

A number of Pakistani batsmen got the start but failed to convert it into big scores. Haris Sohail, Misbah-ul-Haq, Sohaib Maqsood, Shahid Afridi and Umar Akmal scored 41, 34, 29, 23 and 20 runs.

JR Hazlewood grabbed four Pakistani wickets while M Starc and GJ Maxwell took two wickets each. MG Johnson and JP Faulkner took one wicket each.

Earlier, Pakistan captain Misbah won the toss and decided to bat first in the match that kicked off at 9:30am Bangladesh time.

The two teams have relied traditionally on pace and hoping that the drop-in pitch at Adelaide Oval will assist them.
