DHAKA: Litton Das has made his international debut for Bangladesh in Twenty20 clash with South Africa at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium on Sunday.
He scored 22 runs off 26 balls before being caught behind off David Wiese.
Earlier, Litton made his Test debut against India on 10 June 2015 in Fatullah. He made his One Day International debut, also against India, on 18 June 2015.
He played for Bangladesh at the Under-19 World Cups in 2012 and 2014.
The 20-year-old was picked in the Bangladesh squad against Pakistan on the back of a stellar 2014-15 first class season where he was among three batsmen to make more than 1,000 runs.
He averaged 81.14 in 15 innings, including five hundreds and four fifties.
