Bangladesh beat Afghanistan 1-0

DHAKA: Bangladesh confirmed SAFF Football U-16 Championship final by beating Afghanistan 1-0 at Sylhet District Stadium on Sunday.

Skipper Saad Uddin scored the sole goal for Bangladesh in the 54th minute.

Bangladesh is the first finalist to play the final match at the same ground on August 18.

The second finalist will be determined in ongoing match between Nepal and India.
