DHAKA: England will travel to Bangladesh in October-November of 2016 to play two tests and three ODIs against the Tigers.
But Cricket Boards of both countries are yet to declare any date.
In 2010, Bangladesh and England hosted complete series for one another. After that, the two teams did not face-off in any test match.
But they had faced-off in One Day Internationals in 2011 and 2015 World Cups. In the both events, England were knocked out by Bangladesh.
Recently, UK pay-TV broadcaster Sky Sports has picked up the broadcast rights to the England cricket team’s 2016 tour of Bangladesh.
As a result of the deal, Sky Sports will show two Test matches and three One-Day Internationals (ODIs) from the tour, meaning the broadcaster will have the exclusive rights in the UK to all of England’s matches for the next two years.
