DHAKA: Finance minister Abul Maal Abdul Muhith categorically said that the Gulshan attack incident will not hamper the economy and investment in Bangladesh.

The minister came up with this assertion while briefing the media at ministry conference hall in secretariat in city on Monday (July 11).

Moreover, he said, the report on Bangladesh Bank (BB) reserve robbery has been finalized by the committee led by former BB governor Mohammed Farashuddin and it will be published soon.

Moreover, the process to appoint Sonali Bank chairman is undergoing, the minister added.
