Bangladesh Bank GM held in graft case 

DHAKA: Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) detained Bangladesh Bank General Manager (Accountant and Audit department) Badrul Haque Khan and Rising Steel Mills Director Jasim Uddin Chowdhury.

Detainees were arrested late Saturday (July 16). ACC Public Relations Officer Pranab Bhattachariya told banglanews that they were held in a case filed by ACC.

A case was filed against general manager Badrul Haque on Saturday (July 16, 2016) for misappropriating Tk 325 crore back in 2011.
