BB announces new monetary policy

DHAKA: Bangladesh Bank has announced new monetary policy setting private sector credit growth target 16.5 percent and 15.9 percent for public sector in H1 of 2016-17 Fiscal Year.

Central bank governor Fazle Kabir made the disclosure at a briefing at bank;s conference hall on Tuesday (July 26, 2016).
