DHAKA: Banglalink, one of the largest mobile operators in the country, launched all new experience center named “Banglalink Store” with the view to bring all the services under one roof and to give the customers a more hands-on experience on device and digital services.

Banglalink’s CEO Erik Aas along with other Management members were present in the launching ceremony of the store recently, says a press release issued on Monday (August 1).

It says with a target to launch alike store in all major districts and sub-districts of the country, Banglalink aspires to offer its customers a true digital experience with unparalleled offers in smartphones.

On the occasion of this grand launch, Banglalink is offering attractive smartphone and accessories in every hour (10:00 am to 6:00 pm) for a certain period of promotional time on the purchase of every smartphone from these Banglalink designated service points.

In every hour first customer will get one smartphone, second customer will get a selfie stick, third customer will get a backpack and all the remaining customers will get Tk 100 airtime while buying smartphone from any of these points across the country, the release added.

Winner will be selected from sales database, it added.

Banglalink customers can get new connections, sim replacement, postpaid bill payment, prepaid connection, recharge, mobile financial service (MFS) (account opening, sending and receiving cash), value added service, Internet and other services from the store.

Customers will also be able to purchase smartphones from these stores. Besides, they will be able to learn about smartphone and Internet usage from the stores.

Users will also be able to get hands-on device experience in the store. Once the Banglalink Stores open nationwide they will be able to serve 3.2 crore Banglalink users.

Speaking at the occasion, Banglalink’s MD and CEO Erik Aas said, “We at Banglalink believe that it is necessary to have a service & sales center in close vicinity for the customers to provide them with simple and effective service”.

“With that goal in mind we are starting Banglalink Store at the doorsteps of our users. Customers can fulfill all their digital and telecom needs and can be active participants in building a Digital Bangladesh,” he added.
