HC approves Robi-Airtel merger

DHAKA: The High Court (HC) approved the merger of private mobile phone operators Robi and Airtel.

A single bench of Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed passed the order on Wednesday (31 August).

Khadaker Reza-E-Rakib stood for Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) in the court.
