DHAKA: Country’s largest business conglomerate Bashundhara is expected to export its A4 paper soon.

Currently this paper has taken 90 percent of market in the country.

Bashundhara Group DMD Md. Mustafizur Rahman made this remark at the first phase of surprise gift for Bashundhara Paper Mobile Recharge Offer program at Bashundhara Industrial Headquarters-2 in city on Sunday (September 4). Head of Sales Md. Masuduzzaman, among others, was present there.

Bashundhara Group director Yeasha Sobhan handed over two smart phone sets as prizes to two winning consumers Nepal Chandra Roy from Narayanganj and Zahid Hasan from Khulna.

DMD Mustafizur Rahman said that once Bangladesh was depended on 100% paper import but the situation has been changed over the period.

Bashundhara Group brought A4 paper three or four years back and took about 90 percent of the market.

Head of Sales Md. Masuduzzaman said that Bashundhara A4 paper is the symbol of customer’s faith as it is the best quality paper in reasonable price in the country.

“We have marketed 65-GSM, 70-GSM and 80-GSM papers in the country and now we are the leader of market,” he added.
