Judiciary Reform Commission to meet Carter Center, FBCCI tomorrow

The Judiciary Reform Commission, constituted by the interim government, will meet with delegations from the Carter Center and the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) tomorrow to gather feedback from stakeholders. 

According to Commission Secretary Mohammad Faruque, the first meeting will be held at 10 am with the Carter Center Bangladesh, a non-profit organization focused on human rights and election monitoring. 

The commission will hold discussions with representatives from the FBCCI at 3 pm.

The commission, as well, is scheduled to hold discussions with the Bangladesh Judicial Service Commission at 2:30 pm on November 11 and a UNDP delegation at 11:30 am on November 18, Faruque said.

Earlier, it held a meeting with a seven-member delegation of the Supreme Court Bar Association on October 24.

In order to inform the media and people about these issues, the work of forming a website of the commission is under process.
