DHAKA: A number of officials of senior assistant and deputy secretaries level have been given transfers and postings in a latest round of reshuffle in the administration.

The establishment ministry Tuesday issued two separate notifications on the changes.

According to the notifications, deputy secretary of the Defense Ministry M Sirajul Islam Haider was posted as project director of South Asian Tourism Infrastructure Development Project, OSD Deputy Secretary M Abu Tayeb Syed Sheikh transferred as Director of Printing and Publishing Directorate.

Deputy Secretary of Home Ministry Bipul Chandra Roy was made secretary of Hindu Religious Affairs Welfare Trust while Deputy Secretary of Agriculture Ministry M Golam Mostafa Khan made Secretary of National Housing Authority.

Besides, Deputy Secretary of H&H Department M Yusuf Ali was posted as Director of Export Promotion Bureau (EPB), Deputy Secretary of Disaster Management and Relief Department M Imrul Chowdhury was transferred as First Secretary of National Board of Revenue (NBR).

Additional DC of Shariatpur M Khairul Alam Sheikh was attached to Establishment Ministry for next appointment and Senior Assistant Secretary of Economic Relations Department M Mustafizur Rahman was transferred as ADC of Shariatpur.

Besides, Personal Secretary to Tax-ombudsman M Saidur Rahman Khan was posted as Assistant Land Reforms Commissioner of Land Reforms Board and Assistant Professor Nilufa Shirin of Jagannath University was transferred as Assistant Director of Primary School Reconstruction and Renovation Project.
