BNP out to create unrest: Tuku

PABNA: State Minister for Home Affairs Shamsul Haque Tuku Wednesday alleged that the leaders of the main opposition BNP and war criminals are trying to destabilize the country in a planned way being envious of development in every sector.

The state minister came up with the comment at a view-exchange meeting at Santhia upazila parishad on Wednesday afternoon.

Sounding a note of warning for government officials and employees, he said, “None will be spared if found negligent at workplace.”

Tuku also urged the people not to get panicked over the anthrax situation as Pabna is one of the affected districts. He also stressed the need for increasing public awareness in this regard.

Sathia UNO Abdur Razzak presided over the meeting. Earlier, the state minister visited some development projects and exchanged Eid greetings with people in his constituency.
