US embassy remains closed Sunday

DHAKA: US embassy in Dhaka will remain closed for Sunday on the occasion of Labor Day according to US calendar.

US embassy made the disclosure on Thursday in a press release.

The news release said Consular Section, Archer K Blood of American Centre and Student Advertising Centre would also remain closed on the day.

However, American citizens in Bangladesh will get emergency service in the holiday, it added.

For emergency service US nationals have been asked to call -885-5500.
