Dhaka: A man died falling off the roof of a Mosque in the city’s Jigatala area under Hazaribagh thana Sunday.

The deceased was identified as Shahidul, 28, son of Abdul Kader, hailed from Masuakhali area of Gusaerhat under Shariatpur district. He was a residence of a mess at Gabtala mosque Hazaribagh.

“He was working on the roof and suddenly fell down and died instantly,” says a spot account of the accident.

On information, Hajaribag thana police recovered the body and sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital morgue.
