Ex-HM Babar’s PS arrested in city

DHAKA: The law enforcement agency arrested former home minister Lufozzaman Babar’s personal secretary Mirza Atiqur Rahman.

He was arrested form his Uttara’s residence on Friday night.

Confirming the matter Uttara West Thana duty officer Jubaer Ahmed said acting on a tip-off police arrested Atiqur as he was planning to create sabotage along with some Shibir men.
