DHAKA: The advisory council of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is likely to be reconstructed on Tuesday with new faces on board.
Sources said, four advisors from the existing advisory council would be excluded and three or four new advisors likely to be join as Prime Minister’s consultant.
However, the new faces would be picked up from those parties that have no representative in the national parliament.
Cabinet secretary Mosharraf Hossain Bhuiyan came up with some hints on the matter on Monday night.
He told journalists to keep patience for the Tuesday’s decisions and ‘sparkle’.
In a bid to make an all-Party interim government the advisory council is going to be reshuffled to have the participations from other political parties.
However on Monday, Jatiya Party Presidium member Ziauddin Bablu made as Prime Minister’s advisor with dignity of a minister.
As per the sources, Jatiya Party (JP) Chairman Anwar Hossain Manju, Communist Party of Bangladesh (CPB) advisor Monjurul Ahasan Khan, Krishak Sharomik Janata League President Bangabir Kader Siddiqui, Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) President A. S. M. Abdur Rab, BikalpaDhara general secretary M A Mannan and Tarikat Federation’s President Syed Nazibul Bashar Maizbhandari are likely to be made as advisors to the Premier.
