CHITTAGONG: Hefajat-e Islam has announced fresh movement programmes to press home their 13-point demand in port city Chittagong and capital city Dhaka.

Secretary General of the organization Junaid Babunagari made the announcement in a press conference at Hathazari of the port city on Sunday.

The Islamic outfit leader told journalists that they would hold a rally at the capital’s Shapla Chattar in Motijheel on December 24.

Besides, the organization will also staged demonstration across the country on November 29.

In May 5 this year, Hefajat-e Islam held a rally at Shapla Chattar which was evicted in a late-night crackdown.
