MAGURA: Three police men and another one were injured as miscreants blasted bombs at district election commission office on Sunday evening.

The injured sub-inspector Humaiyun Kabir said some miscreants hurled petrol and hand bombs at election commission office at around 7:00pm, leaving three police personnel and one employee of the office injured.

In response, on duty police opened fire targeting miscreants, he added.

District election officer Rokunuzzaman said any important valuables did not affected in the incident.
