DHAKA: BNP Chairperson Kahleda Zia’s advisor Major General (retd) Ruhul Alam Choudhwry said central leaders of the party went into hiding as per directives of the party chief.

Ruhul Alam Choudhwry made the assertion while addressing a programme organized by Jatiyatabadi Desh Bachao Manush Bachao Andolon Dhaka Reporters’ Unity on Friday.

He said, “Central leaders are supervising the party and its ongoing ant-government movements for caretaker government, though they remained in hiding as per the order of Khaleda Zia.”

Ruhul Alam also criticized the foreign intervention in domestic politics.
